Art is a bridge between the conscious mind and the unconscious mind, it can bring our unconscious to the surface, to the conscious mind to express ourselves; Art connects our spiritual self and our physical self, even connects to the deeper part of us.
This series of paintings are completed by my guided Imagery, which is a method of using your imagination to help you cope better with stress and the anxiety of life. Making art with no plan feel like freeing my imaginations which I am at peace with it. It provides me a feeling of flow, allows me for the true self-expression. I am recreating my sensory perception of sights so that it is reconnecting my inner stillness when I visually look back my piece of painting.
